  • Allergen-friendly meals are made in specific areas in the kitchen to decrease chances of cross-contamination. Each allergen has specific utensils to further prevent cross-contamination.

  • All pots, pans, and utensils are deep cleaned daily and all surfaces are wiped down regularly.

Gluten Free vs Celiac Friendly

  • Food is prepared in cleaned pots and pans, but there may be residual gluten that gets in your meal.

    Ideal for gluten-free preference/gluten intolerance.

  • Food is prepared in pots and pans specific for Celiac disease. All ingredients in the meal are only used for celiac friendly meals.

    Ideal for Celiac disease/gluten or wheat allergy.
